Intimacy / Sexuality
I specialize in helping couples increase closeness & intimacy, whether it has changed due to lack of connection, aging, hormonal changes, medical conditions or lingering affects of an unhealthy childhood. If there's avoidance or anxiety around sex, we will look at possible underlying causes. If there are differences in sexual desire and frequency, or it feels like you speak different "love languages" we will find a way to bridge the differences so there's more harmony and connection between you.
